Shipping: We ship UPS via ground, Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, or 3 Day Select. We will notify you via e-mail of the exact charges. We are closed on Saturdays, so please allow an extra day of shipping on orders placed on Friday. We are unable to ship to addresses with APO, FPO, or any other miltary addresses, because UPS does not deliver to those addresses.
Returns: Returns are accepted with proper authorization. If you send back an item WITHOUT authorization, you will only receive a 50% refund minus shipping cost. Authorization must be requested within 7 days of receipt of merchandise via e-mail at kuglers@earthlink.net. We must receive the returned merchandise within 30 days of authorization or no refund will be given. Returns and refusals, other than defectives, are subject to a 10% restocking fee. All contents and original packaging must be included and intact. No refunds/credits on shipping charges. Due to the increase in shipping charges, if your order was originally shipped at no cost and you decide to return the item, you will be charged a 10% restocking fee plus our cost for the original shipping. The following items are non refundable: custom tablecloths, Sferra Bros sheets, custom toilet seats, daybed covers, and any special order items.
