Returns: Returns are accepted with proper authorization. If you send back an item WITHOUT authorization, you will only receive a 50% refund minus shipping cost. Authorization must be requested within 7 days of receipt of merchandise via e-mail at kuglerscustomerservice@yahoo.com. We must receive the returned merchandise within 30 days of authorization or no refund will be given. Returns and refusals, other than defectives, are subject to a 10% restocking fee. All contents and original packaging must be included and intact. No refunds/credits on shipping charges. Due to the increase in shipping charges, if your order was originally shipped at no cost and you decide to return the item, you will be charged a 10% restocking fee plus our cost for the original shipping.
Please allow 7-10 days for the refund to be processed once we receive merchandise.
Defective Returns: Defective returns are accepted with proper authorization. We will exchange or refund defective items within 7 days of receipt of merchandise. We do ask that you save all packaging so that a claim can be made with the shipping company. WE CANNOT PROCESS REFUNDS WITHOUT THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING.
The following items are non refundable: custom tablecloths, Sferra items, Columbine Cody, down blankets or comforters, custom toilet seats, daybed covers,pillows and any special order items.
